You should know...

On the 8th day of November, 2004 The City Council of Huntington Beach passed and adopted Ordinance No. 3689.
Such Ordinance protects all mobilehome owners in Huntington Beach from the greed of park owners.
The City Council at that time was composed of:
Mayor Dave Sullivan.
Gil Coerper.
Jill Hardy
Debbie Cook
Cathy Green
Connie Boardman and
Grace Winchell.
These 2 last members are not longer part of the City Council.

As you know, the Ordinance now is being challenged by park owners who want to walk away with our life savings.

The AYES votes that Passed and Adopted the Ordinance at that time were:

GSMOL's AB 197 (Umberg) Falls Short In Assembly Housing: GSMOL's most recent effort to obtain a right of first refusal for mobilehome owners to purchase the parks where they rent spaces, was defeated in the Assembly Housing Committee on January 11th when it fell short of the votes necessary for passage. GSMOL needed four votes for passage and the final vote was one vote short. Voting "yes" in support of GSMOL's position were Committee Chairman Gene Mullin, Loni Hancock, and Alberto Torrico. Voting "No" against GSMOL's position were Bonnie Garcia and Jay LaSuere. Present but "Not Voting" was Simon Salinas and Joe Baca, Jr.
 

Remember these names next time you vote:

Voting YES: Gene Mullin, Loni Hancock, and Alberto Torrico. 

Voting NO: Bonnie Garcia and Jay LaSuere. 

Present but NOT VOTING: Simon Salinas and Joe Baca, Jr.
